• Dealt with a rental shop.
• Went to a shop prep.
• Loaded a truck.
• Unloaded a truck.
• Helped pick up a truck.
• ME’d a show in a venue I had never seen.
• Taught myself Vectorworks
• ASM’d a new work
• Didn’t design a single show in a season
• Became respected as a technician and as a person by people much older than me.
• Realized just how bad at spatial reasoning I am.
• Fell out of weird habits.
• Started saying “struggs” and “woof”.
• Prepared two different portfolios.
• Had stressful interviews.
• Met some of my favorite new people.
• Met some favorite people who became favorites within days of meeting them.
• Found out what I want to do and why I want to do it.
• Followed my bliss completely.
